The management committee is a decision-making body

It is a general management in support of Ecobio's management office
It is made up of theme animators and platform/technical platform managers as well as members of management.

The CODIR is part of the exercise of "executive" power. The mission of this body is to build the strategic project of the unit and to implement it.

It is important for the management not to build this strategy alone and to surround itself with members of a management committee.

It meets weekly according to two formulas CODIR short of 1 hour or CODIR long 2h30

The CCU is a consultation body for management
It is made up of elected and appointed employee representatives.

Collège A1 :  Professeurs, Directeurs de recherche, MC (HDR) et CR (HDR)
