The EcogenO Genomics Platform supports you in all your NGS sequencing projects, from libraries to primary bioinformatics analysis.
The platform also performs many other services related to high-throughput transcriptomics, detection of Antibiotic Resistance genes,
quality control of nucleic acids (including large sizes) and single-cell technologies.
The platform also offers you the provision of equipment (MAD), the latter allowing you direct access to our equipment according to these rates.
The platform is physically located on the campus of Beaulieu (Rennes).
