Mes recherches portent sur l’écologie et la biodiversité du phytoplancton et du periphyton. Je m’intéresse notamment au rôle structurant des facteurs environnementaux (hydrodynamisme, disponibilité des ressources, température, broutage par le zooplancton) dans le développement des blooms de cyanobactéries, dans les lacs profonds et peu profonds.

My research deals with the ecology and the biodiversity of phytoplankton and photosynthetic biofilm. I’m interested in the structuring roles of environmental factors (hydrodynamism, resources avalaibility, temperature, grazing) on the occurrence of blooms of cyanobacteria, in both deep and shallow lakes.

- le déterminisme environnemental des blooms de cyanobactéries

- the environmental determinism of cyanobacterial bloo

- le développement de biofilm photosynthétique et les interactions avec le phytoplancton

- the photosynthetic biofilm and the interaction with phytoplankton 

- l’étude des interactions entre les flux de C,N,P et le phytoplancton / periphyton dans les lacs et rivières (stoichiométrie de la matière organique, production d’EPS et de TEP)

- the study of the interactions between nutrient fluxes (C,N,P) and phytoplankton / periphyton in lakes and rivers (stoichiometry of the organic matter, production of EPS and TEP) 

- le rôle de la bioturbation par les macro-invertébrés benthiques et les poissons sur l’activité, la biomasse et la structure des communautés de phytoplancton

- the effects of bioturbation by macro-invertebrates and fishes on the photosynthetic activity, the biomass and the community structure of phytoplankton
